I was very impressed with the service. Easy to use. Box provided. Tapes/cassettes etc. are collected so no need to find packing materials or to visit the post office. Box, tapes and digitised copies of the media on memory stick returned in about a week. The results are great. Can highly recommend.

I have had videos hanging around for years, not knowing what to do with them. Each Moment provided the perfect solution, and the service from receiving the box to having it collected and then returned with a memory stick was painless. I was particularly pleased to find a 34 year old family history interview with my late uncle. Thank you for that, Each Moment!

Excellent, fast and friendly service. Got my footage and tapes back within a week. Didn’t even realise the tapes had been recorded on a lp setting so a few of them were three hours in length. That was a nice surprise.

Couldn’t believe the speed of service – download link made available within a week and items returned in 9 days. Emails updated each state of play. So great to have my old photos so easily available now and to see my VHS videos after a gap of over 20 years! Very glad to see all packaging is recyclable and even my own packaging returned for recycling/re-use! A really excellent service and I shall definitely be using again.

I trusted EachMoment with our treasured memories in the form of 20 year old DV Tapes – these featured our late parents as well as the first events of our children (first walk; talk; ante natal party, etc) – one of the kids is now at University! It is always difficult posting your original memories to a ‘stranger that you have only met online’ but I should not have feared – EachMoment were 100% excellent – a great service!

We were most impressed with the service, particularly the picture quality from the video tapes. But a special mention must be made about the perseverance of the staff in producing a copy from an audio cassette which had completely seized up, transferring it to a new usable tape, and converting to a modern medium.

Transformed some old magnetic tapes from old video cameras that no longer worked into mp4 format that allowed editing. Truly wonderful to see these images in some case going back 30 years, and therefore with lots of nostalgic moments. EachMoment did a terrific job ! In a couple of cases I think the tapes were slightly damaged but nevertheless they coped with these. Great job !!

Very happy with both quality and service. Much cheaper than anything I could find on the high street and I appreciated them keeping me updated at every stage while they cared for some of my most valuable possessions. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Extremely helpful on the phone and by email, even answering my questions after they were supposed to have finished work. They sent everything in time for my husband’s 60th birthday and he was absolutely delighted. Amazed at the quality they achieved, especially the one of our wedding decades ago!
