The rich and vibrant histories of Islington’s residents are highlighted by the huge number of old camcorder, VHS, Mini DV tapes and cine film that we’ve converted to digital and DVD for local customers, unlocking countless old memories from London’s most densely populated borough. Known for having enough restaurants that you could dine in a different establishment everyday of the year and home to some of the longest running pubs in the UK, Islington has provided no shortage of treasured memories for residents and visitors alike down the years.

In one recent project we undertook for a local resident, retired sports photographer and Arsenal FC fan, we digitised over 200 prints to digital and DVD of images they had captured of the English Football League over the last 40 years, including several images of Arsenal former home ground, Highbury Stadium, before it was demolished in 2006. In another recent project we undertook for a local resident, who purchased one of our largest ‘Peta’ packages, involved converting over 40 tapes to digital and DVD, allowing them to relive weddings, christenings, and many other treasured family memories from around the area.

If you too have memories stored on VHS, camcorder tapes or any old formats that you’d like preserved on DVD or digital which are accessible on your smartphone, TV and computer, we will collect your old photos and tapes from your doorstep, convert them to digital and return them to you in one of our Memory Boxes. Find out more about our different Memory Box packages below.
